Membership Agreement

By applying for @Aircooled.Net Club Membership and a FREE '@aircooled.net' forwarding email address, members agree to the following:

I will not use my @aircooled.net email address in any way to falsely represent, misrepresent, or impersonate an employee of Aircooled.Net, Inc.
I will use my @aircooled.net email address ONLY for personal email purposes.
I will not use my @aircooled.net email address in any mass mailings or spam type communications.
I understand that I will be sent Club Member Aircooled Info Updates by email on a quarterly basis.

Any club member reported to be mis-using their address in any way, will have their forwarding service and @Aircooled.Net membership cancelled. (As well as being put on our MAJOR WEINER list!) In addition, their ISP will be notified of their annoying lack of 'netiquette', which often results in email privileges being yanked at the ISP level, too. Cancellations will be at the discretion of Aircooled.Net, Inc.

It is the responsibility of the account holder to keep all club member account information up to date. Accounts with invalid contact email addresses will be canceled and associated accrued FWEEMBUCKS will be lost. All updates should be made via the Club Member Services area at www.aircooled.net, or by email to clubadmin@aircooled.net.
Only correctly addressed @aircooled.net email will be automatically forwarded to your contact email address.
Forwarding email address service is provided free of charge and Aircooled.Net makes no guarantee regarding the timeliness and thoroughness of email forwarding. Due to unforeseen technical issues, there may be delays in email arrival or loss of forwarded email (though these situations are rare).
